💄 Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip products.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product

If your claim is approved, we will offer:
✔️ A replacement (if stock is available)
✔️ A store credit or refund (if the item is out of stock)

📌 Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
